Hidden in southern Uruguay, surrounded by hills and breathtaking scenery, Pueblo Éden Adventure offers an exciting combination of horses, fine wines and food, and adventure! Every day brings new and exciting experiences.

You will have the opportunity to ride beautiful, purebred Arabian horses through the countryside. They are raised and trained with care and special attention. This trip is designed for advanced riders and allows you to feel the wind rushing past you. Groups are kept small so that each rider can be given more freedom and attention - it really is a special experience.

All nights are spent in beautifully constructed and unique accommodation. Meals focus on local, organic, high-quality products that you will enjoy. This area of Uruguay is known for its wines. At the end of the trip, after visiting wineries and enjoying wine with dinner, you will feel like a true wine connoisseur. The wines are also paired with olive oil and cheese to make your taste buds dance.

Itinerary

Day 1: You will be picked up from Montevideo Airport and taken to the ranch (approx. 2 hours transfer time). After settling into your private cabin, we will horses for each rider and go on an introductory ride through the area. Later, we will enjoy a welcome cocktail. At dinner, we will meet the tour guide and discuss the itinerary. (Riding time approx. 2-3 hours)

Day 2: Today is dedicated to riding in the area to get a first impression of Uruguay's beautiful countryside. We ride through pine forests and along rivers with magnificent views. We will stop for lunch at a ed spot in the countryside. We may also have the opportunity to visit a breathtaking waterfall. (Riding time approx. 4-5 hours)

Day 3: After breakfast, we ride towards the Viña Eden winery and stop for lunch at the typical restaurant Posta de Vaimaca. After lunch, we will continue our ride to the winery, where we will take a tour of the facilities and enjoy a wine tasting. Afterwards, the riders will be taken back to the ranch. (Riding time approx. 4-5 hours)

Day 4: Breakfast at the ranch and transfer to the Viña Eden winery, where the horses spent the night. Today we will ride towards the Las Taperas restaurant. In the afternoon, we ride back to the ranch (or optional transfer by car). (Riding time approx. 4-5 hours)

Day 5: You have breakfast at the ranch and then go for a ride in the surrounding countryside. We stop at a scenic spot for lunch before riding back to the ranch. (Riding time approx. 4-5 hours)

Day 6: On today's ride, you will stop at a picturesque picnic spot for lunch, where, depending on the weather, you can take a dip in a beautiful waterfall while the horses rest. In the evening, there will be a farewell dinner. (Riding time approx. 4-5 hours)

Day 7: After breakfast, you will be taken back to Montevideo.The rides take you to remote and isolated areas where mobile phone reception is limited and help from third parties is not immediately available. The guide carries a special mobile phone for regional areas.
In the event of severe weather warnings (heavy rain or storms) and local bushfire risks, we may not be able to go riding for safety reasons. We will try to organise an alternative programme for you if possible.

Accomodation
All nights are spent in beautifully built and unique accommodation at Ranch . Meals will focus on quality local and organic produce that you will enjoy.

Saddle & Tack: Western saddle and tack. Small saddlebags are available.

Experience: This tour is only suitable for advanced riders with cross-country experience. The riding pace is varied and moderate, there are also some nice cantering sections. The riding pace is adapted to the weather and terrain conditions. Helmet compulsory! Maximum rider weight: 85 kg.

Horses: Arabians. They live outside in the herd all year round and are occasionally kept at stable in bad weather. The horses are trained and well exercised for longer rides. They are motivated, spirited, quick to react and in excellent condition. However, they are also well-balanced due to their natural attitude.
