How do I book and pay for a trip?

You can make an online reservation by clicking on the ‘Dates & Prices’ button for the desired trip and selecting the desired date. Then follow the instructions and you will be automatically directed to the booking form, where the programme is already entered. Select the period and any additional packages from the menu.

Of course, you can also book your trip by telephone. You can then be sure that we will record all your details correctly within a few minutes and answer any further questions you may have.

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation/invoice, a deposit of 25% of the travel price (overseas programmes 25%, often up to 50% in the USA) per person is payable within one week. The remaining amount is due 6 weeks before departure without further request.
