This cozy, country-style hotel is located in the hinterland, not far from the coast, surrounded by forests and the rugged volcanic peaks of the Taurus Mountains, which create a breathtaking panorama. It’s truly a place where you can relax and unwind. The horseback rides lead through the Mediterranean landscape of olive groves, pine forests, and orchards, as well as high into the mountains, from where you can repeatedly enjoy sweeping views of the sea. The mountains are crisscrossed by streams and lakes, and in the summer, swimming stops are also possible. After riding, you can relax on the terrace, the balcony, or by the pool with a cool drink.

The area also offers numerous historical attractions, including the historic Lycian Way, an ancient trade route between the mountains and the sea. Those who enjoy walking will find not only the usual beaches along the coast but also small, hidden coves far from the hustle and bustle of Antalya. Renting a car is well worth it.

Itinerary

The riding stable at the hotel has around 15 horses of different breeds, which are well trained and very reliable. The riding offer is aimed at beginners and advanced riders rider Riding lessons are given in the riding arena. A special riding program is offered for children.

The Riding week for beginners includes 5 riding days of 1-3 hours each (approx. 10 hours in total). After a trial ride and getting to know your horse, you will go on quiet rides into the countryside every day.

The Taurus star rides are aimed at intermediate and advanced riders rider and include 4 rides of 2-3 hours each and a day ride (approx. 15 hours in total). Rustic forests, small traditional villages, romantic waterfalls, historic temples and several swimming opportunities promise plenty of variety. The rides and half-day rides to lead mainly through the surrounding mountainous pine forest. A sunrise ride is also possible and promises a special atmosphere. The day ride takes you to a wild and romantic gorge in the Taurus Mountains, where you can enjoy a picnic. Advanced riders can experience beautiful, long gallops on the rides. The groups are small and the riding can be adapted to suit your experience and wishes. For the longer rides, however, saddle strength is essential. If up to 5 hours at saddle is too much for you, book the small riding package.

Kemer Minitrail

Day 1: Arrival by 7 pm and transfer to the hotel in Kemer. 

Day 2: After a hearty breakfast, your ride starts at around 11 am. First you ride through the village and on into the Mediterranean forest to Bogazi Canyon, where your lunch picnic awaits you. You can bathe and relax at the canyon before heading back along the forest paths at all paces, past some rocks. In the evening there is still some time for shopping in Kemer (cloth, spices, teas etc.) or for a visit to the Turkish bath. Riding time approx. 4 hours. 

Day 3: Today to ride you will pass through typical villages and through the forest to hidden turtle bays. Your destination is a particularly beautiful bay. Here you can enjoy a swim before having dinner on the beach to tighten. You will spend the night in tents in the bay. (Tents, sleeping bags and mats are provided). 

Day 4: Nach einem entspannten Frühstück satteln Sie die Pferde für den Rückritt (ca. 6 Stunden im Sattel). Die Forstwege bieten dabei gute Bedingungen zum traben und galoppieren, so dass Sie rasch vorwärts kommen. Nachdem Sie zwei weitere Dörfer gekreuzt haben, erreichen Sie am Mittag die archäologische Ausgrabung von Phaselis, wo Sie Mittagsrast halten. Am Abend gemeinsames Abendessen im Restaurant und Übernahctung im Hotel am Reiterhof.

Accomodation
The hotel offers double and multi-bed rooms in a classic country house style. All rooms are equipped with a shower/toilet, air conditioning/heating, and a TV.

Breakfast and dinner are included in the price. Alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are extra.

The property features a swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar, a lounge, and outdoor seating areas. Numerous sports and activities are offered at the hotel and in the immediate vicinity: mountain biking, quad biking, hiking, fitness, etc. The hotel is located approximately 3 km from the nearest beach, where you can swim or take boat trips. A rental car is recommended to explore the beautiful area.

Saddle & Tack: English bridles and eventing saddles.

Experience: Beginners to advanced riders; maximum rider weight: 90 kg.

Horses: Mostly Arabians and Thoroughbreds.
