The family-run Riding centre is located on the island of Djerba, nestled in olive groves and just one kilometer from the beach. Enjoy horse rides and day rides on the undeveloped Mediterranean beach and experience the wild, beautiful nature of the hinterland on the back beautiful, well-groomed Arabian-Berber stallions.
The rides to lead along the beautiful sandy beaches, to Flamingo Island, to the lagoon, through olive and palm groves and through small settlements in the hinterland, where you will meet shepherds and farmers. In addition to horse riding, other activities include excursions to markets, boat trips and water sports.

Itinerary

You have the choice between two riding programs, both for advanced riders:

Star rides: You undertake six day rides of approx. 6 hours each, including to the Blue Lagoon and Falmingo Island. From the beach to lead wide sandy paths lead to small Moorish villages, palm and olive groves. There are always great cantering routes! Your local guide will tell you all about the lives of farmers, shepherds and fishermen. Enjoy a picnic in the shade of the trees along the way. The sunsets, which often accompany you on the way home, are also beautiful.

Rides: You take part in six half-day rides of approx. 3 hours each and still have time for your own explorations, water sports, swimming, wellness, etc. Also ideal if you are traveling with non-riders or in midsummer, when it is a little warm for the full-day rides and the sea is tempting for swimming or other activities in the afternoon.

Accomodation
At Riding centre there is an apartment available for guests with a bedroom with double bed, shower/WC, kitchen and terrace. 1-2 extra beds are also possible here. There is also a double room with shower/WC.

The beach, the post office and a supermarket can be easily reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes (approx. 1 km distance). The nearest shops are about 300m away, as are the bus stop and cabs.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the common room. If you book the day rides, lunch is taken as a picnic. Otherwise, a light lunch is served at farm .

Saddle & Tack: Mainly English eventing saddles, Western upon request.

Experience: Comfortable in all gaits required. For the full-day rides of approx. six hours each, sufficient stamina is also required on the part of the riders. Maximum rider weight 90 kg.

Horses: Well-groomed Berber and Arabian stallions. The horses live in airy outdoor boxes at night and in sandy paddocks during the day. They are also allowed to let off steam regularly in the sand arena.
