An equestrian farm that leaves nothing to be desired for a rider´s heart, on the sunny island of Usedom. Young people from 14 years of age are also allowed to spend their holidays here alone with the permission of their parents. Idyllically situated, far away from tourist streams, in the hilly Endmoränenlandschaft surrounded by forests, pastures and lakes. In only 2 km distance you can easily reach the beautiful Nepperminer bathing lake by bike. In about 5 km distance there are the so-called Kaiserbäder, beach sections which promise bathing fun for young and old. On the island there are about 50 km of beach to be explored in the saddle plus this in one of the sunniest regions of Germany. The hotel has about 15 individually furnished double rooms. Besides the hotel rooms, 18 holiday apartments of various sizes are offered.
In the immediate vicinity of the hotel is the riding facility. You can ride in the modern riding hall or on the spacious outdoor arena. The horses enjoy their time out on huge paddocks around the riding facility.

Itinerary

Riding programs
Everyone will find the right horse here, whether beginner or advanced rider, young or old. Lungeing lessons are offered, as well as group riding lessons with a maximum of 5 riders by qualified riding instructors. Experienced riders ride on the large grass arena and have the possibility to take jumping lessons. Daily rides are offered to the beach (outside the bathing season from Oct-Apr or very early inside the bathing season from Apr-Oct) and to the surrounding terrain. Even beginners can ride on the beach: the horses are transported to the seaside for you and rides are at a calm pace and, if necessary, on the lead rope.

Riding package beginners (7 days):
You arrive in the evening and can try one of the delicious restaurants of the village. For the next five days you will have two lunge or group riding lessons a day, morning and afternoon. The highlight in the end is a joint beach ride.

Riding package Advanced riders (7 days):
You arrive in the evening and and can try one of the delicious restaurants of the village. On the next 2 days you will have one group riding lesson each in the morning and afternoon. On the other 3 days there will be half-day rides to the beach and the surrounding terrain containing forests, meadows and wide, grassy fields which invite fo gallops.

Weekend beginners (3 days):
You arrive on Friday afternoon and move into your accommodation. Today your first lungeing or riding lesson will already take place. On Saturday you will have another riding lesson in the morning and in the afternoon. Finally, you will go for a ride together on Sunday morning before you leave at noon.

Weekend advanced riders (3 days):
You arrive on Friday afternoon and move into your accommodation. Today your first riding lesson will already take place. On Saturday morning you will have a 1.5 hour ride before you leave for the big beach ride (around 3 hours) in the afternoon. On Sunday morning you will ride out again for about 1.5 hours before you leave at noon.

Riding program is subject to changes due to weather conditions.In addition to the horseback riding, you can relax on the beach, visit windmills, visit an ostrich or butterfly farm or explore the underwater world in a diving gondola. Golf lovers can enjoy themselves on two courses in the immediate vicinity. Usedom is also very suitable for cycling tours, bicycles can be rented from the hotel for a fee.

Accomodation

The farm offers about 15 spacious double rooms with shower/WC, minibar, TV and a Wifi hotspot (not available everywhere). The 18 holiday apartments, all in a quiet location, can be booked for self-catering or at an extra charge with breakfast. All apartments have their own terrace, a kitchenette, a separate entrance and an own garden.

Saddle & Tack: English saddles and bridles, little western.

Experience: All riding levels.

Horses: Mecklenburg warmbloods, quarter horses and coldbloods. Partly from own breeding, kept in herds. There is a suitable horse for every riding level.
