Unser Tipp

Ride the California coast and enjoy the ocean!

Beschreibung & Reiseverlauf

Here you can expect a fabulous week along the north coast of California, where the magic lies in the spectacular scenery, the spray of the Pacific Ocean, the ancient redwoods and huge cattle farms. This is an area of great natural beauty, rich in wildlife and where time flows at the relaxed pace of the West Coast. You will gallop along lonely beautiful sandy beaches and rugged cliffs. On mossy trails you ride through the beautiful redwood forests and along the rugged Mendocino Coast of Northern California. Your hosts have a number of superbly trained horses at their disposal. The quality of the horses is exceptional, as are the beautiful trails you will discover together. This is a riding vacation suitable for all levels of riders. When appropriate, the group can be split up so that everyone gets their money´s worth. The Redwood Coast Ride trails stretch for many kilometres along deserted beaches, through a large cattle farm, through huge old redwood forests and up into the coastal mountains. Your accommodation is in one of several beautiful hotels in Fort Bragg or Mendocino.

You will explore a different area every day. There are several mornings when you will load the horses into a trailer and drive to the starting point of the ride (e.g. Redwood Forest).
